And just like that, Christmas is over and the New Year is just a few days away. It never ceases to amaze me how fast time truly flies. I want to thank ALL of you who have been regular readers, occasional stopper-byers or first-time folks that visit KISS in the Kitchen. Most of you know the story behind the blog name, but my dad always used to tell me to “Keep it simple, Shannon” and it seems close to the 3rd decade of my life I actually started practicing this. I still fail all the time, but it’s always my goal to provide simple, nutritious (most of the time) and delicious recipes for y’all!
We’ve already covered love, joy, peace, patience, kindness and goodness in The Fruits of the Spirit Recipes Series. Today’s fourth and final post is all about recipes for faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Simply put, my dietitian friends have provided the recipes that are their “no-fail, old faithful” go-to for breakfast, lunch or dinner, plus some recipes that are gentle on digestion and lastly- a few decadent desserts that require a bit of self-control to not devour the whole batch!
Faithfulness
These breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes are a breeze to whip up and are guaranteed to be no-fail!
Gentleness
These recipes are guaranteed to be easy on your tummy!
Self-control
These recipes will require some to keep from indulging in the entire cake, bowl, batch or cobbler!
A heartfelt thank you again for everyone who contributed to this series and followed along! Wishing y’all a blessed New Year and remember this January (and every month), to keep it simple ;). <3 Shannon
