Joining Young Living is one of the best “self-care” decisions I’ve made. If you’re considering experimenting in the world of essential oils, I’d love to answer any questions you may have! It may not be for everyone, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised with all the benefits EOs have to offer!
Some of my favorites are below and if you’re just getting into EOs, these are a great place to start!

Add one drop of YL Vitality Peppermint EO to a bottle of water before heading out for the day or hitting the gym! Peppermint may be beneficial for the digestive system and it has a fresh minty taste!
Add 1-4 drops of YL Lemon EO to a batch of Blueberry Pancakes. Get this dairy and gluten-free recipe here!
Add 1-2 drops of YL Vitality Rosemary EO to a 1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive oil and serve with your favorite dipping bread.
Add 1 drop of YL Vitality Lemon EO to cream cheese. Spread on a mini bagel and top with your favorite berries!
Add 1 drop of YL Vitality Lemon EO to chamomile tea or 1 drop of YL Cinnamon Bark EO to chai tea.
