My Favorite Date!

​No, not him. Say hello to one of my favorite foods in the world. The Medjool Date. It’s actually a fruit- full of wholesome goodness and even certified Heart Healthy by the American Heart Association! So with Valentine’s Day around the corner, what better way to celebrate than with a fruit good for your and your sweetheart’s heart ;).
Natural Delights Medjool dates taste just like candy- caramel-y and satisfying, allowing you to indulge without feeling guilty because they’re also good for you!

And allow me to introduce you to one of the most satisfying ways to enjoy a Medjool date. —Medjool date meet nut butter, nut butter meet Medjool date—. A match made in Heaven, really. Then add a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips (I used the dairy free, gluten free, vegan ones!) or a drizzle of melted chocolate, for the P-E-R-F-E-C-T Valentine’s (or any day) treat!

KISS Tip #1: Melt chocolate in microwave, spoon in ziploc bag and cut corner to make a pretty chocolate drizzle!
KISS Tip #2: Get creative with your nut butters- cashew or sunflower seed butter can work great too!
KISS Stuffed Medjool Dates
Quantities are not included because you can make 1 stuffed date or 30 stuffed dates- it’s up to you!


Natural Delights Medjool dates, fresh
Almond butter or peanut butter
Mini chocolate chips


  1. Gently slice open the Medjool date with a butter knife and remove pit.
  2. Stuff Medjool date with approximately 1 tsp of your favorite nut butter.
  3. Sprinkle a few chocolate chips or chocolate drizzle on top and try to share with someone else.
