KISS Cranberry Lemon Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp oats
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 1/2 tsp chia seed
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
  • Roll into balls about 1 inch in size.
  • Enjoy!
