KISS Blueberry Lemon Overnight Oats

Equipment

  • 4 8 oz mason jars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 4 tsp ground flax seed
  • 2 cups plant-based milk (I used Ripple Unsweetened Vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup soy vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon zest

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl with a pour spout and mix until ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour or spoon oatmeal into 4 mason jars and top with additional blueberries.
  • Place in fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours. Enjoy!
