Place chicken breasts in a 6-quart slow cooker (in the center). Add the green beans on one side followed by the sweet potatoes on the other side (They will be stacked to the top of the slow cooker).
In a medium sized measuring cup, whisk together the lemon juice, olive or avocado oil, oregano, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic.
Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken, green beans and potatoes.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or low for 7 hours and enjoy!
Notes
After making this several times, I think it turns out best using 3 breasts and cooking for about 7 hours. I would cook for 8 hours if using 4 breasts.
