Place all ingredients into your Vitamix or high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and desired consistency is achieved.
For added nutrition, consider adding 1-3 tsp of flax, chia or hemp seeds!
Notes
*Depending on moisture content of fruit (fresh vs frozen), additional milk may be needed. Start with 1/2 cup and increase from there- it’s always easier to “thin” down a smoothie than it is to “thicken” up.
