Equipment

  • Vitamix or high-speed blender

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened, vanilla plant milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice (if desired)

Topping Suggestions

  • Hemp seeds or hemp bites
  • Blueberries
  • Bananas
  • Seed butter

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in high-speed blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a medium bowl, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
