Sharing some of my boundaries, below + some back story if you’re new here!💛At the end of 2023 I took 7 whole weeks off of IG and it was the beginning of a journey to less social media. Since then I’ve experimented with so many different boundaries and have finally figured out that every season requires different ones in order for my time here to really feel like it’s worth it (worth it = not interfering with 1:1 time with my children).Here’s what my old + some new boundaries look like:📖 App isn’t opened until after my morning quiet time

 I watched something I’d poured my heart into for over 5 years begin the process of coming to an end.My Beautycounter chapter was filled with purpose, people I deeply care about, and moments I’ll never forget. When it all changed overnight, the loss was immense—but the gratitude ran just as deep.This past year has been about processing, honoring what was, and embracing what is.While I’ll never try to recreate the past, I’m so thankful for the new path I’m on—leading a team I love with @thepaleodietitian at Crunchi.  Her first words? “Are you pregnant?” 😂
 (Side note: she’s a dear friend, so she totally gets a pass.)I laughed and said, “Nope. But it’s the business equivalent of that.”B: You’re starting another business?!
 Me: Yep. And it’s 100% a God thing. 🙌 I’ve prayed circles around this, and even though the timing feels wild and the investment stretched me more than anything else I’ve done… I know I’m walking the right (His) path.…Cue the 10-minute backstory (because, naturally). 😅Fun fact: This will actually be my seventh business.
 Four are still going strong.
 Two will never see the light of day.
 And one is just getting started—and I can’t wait to bring you along for the ride. 🫶But here’s what I can share right now:

🎟️Here’s how- I went from stuck and distracted… to peaceful and consistent mornings again.For a long time, I felt stuck when it came to my quiet time. Nothing felt “right,” after years of being in a groove and somehow slowly letting that rhythm be broken. I’d often give up before I even started. What finally helped me?✝️Writing down scripture. ✍️💪🏼 It’s simple but powerful. Writing God’s word not only helped me focus, but also made it easier to memorize and let it soak in. I’m finally back in a consistent rhythm, and it’s been such a gift to my mornings and my heart.👇 Your turn! ♦️SaVe for the next time you’re under the weather! *not medical advice*❤️‍🩹Whenever I feel something coming on or suspect one of the girls is fighting something off, a detox bath is one of my first go tos. It’s soothing and this trio of ingredients can help pull toxins out of the body (betonite clay is a powerhouse!), including possible viruses while also helping replenish magnesium (thanks to the Epsom salts!). Plus all the ingredients are affordable and last a long time- I keep all 3 under my bathroom counter! Even if we have a long streak where no one gets sick, I still like to do these periodically to help draw out all the environmental toxins we’re exposed to!🛀🏻 Add 1/2 cup betonite clay, 1/2 cup epsom salt & 1/2 cup raw unfiltered (with the mother) to warm water. *Make sure you hydrate really well during and after!#KISSintheKitchen #detoxbath #holisticlivingtips #lowtoxliving #boernetx

✈️🏡I just returned from 3 full days of education, celebration and community at the 2025 Crunchi Leadership Summit & Advocate Retreat. My cup, brain and heart are all so full. I actually had no idea what impact my team and I had since we linked arms with Crunchi in May of 2024. To see my name on multiple leaderboards was a shock and I’m so honored and humbled because it’s a reflection of how many of YOU have trusted in me😭. And if seeing my name and many teammates names on these boards weren’t enough, I got the shock of my life at the closing awards ceremony when both myself and my best friend were awarded the “Rising Star Award”. There were 3 of these given in the entire company and I’m still in shock my name was called.Let me wrap this up by saying a few important things…1.) You have so many choices where you shop and the fact that you choose me and support my family means more than you could possibly know. Thank YOU!2.) Ingredients and what we put on our bodies matters! There are so thankfully more players in the clean beauty space now but there are also more greenwashers. 👆🏼Tap save for when you want a fun snack that helps support your immune system and the kids will love making it too!#ad You can whip up these orange juice gummies with just two simple ingredients: Florida Orange Juice and gelatin!🔶Start by pouring two tablespoons of gelatin into a half cup of cold 100% orange juice. Let it sit for about five minutes to bloom—the texture will become almost mousse-like. Meanwhile, heat one and a half cups of 100% orange juice on the stove until it’s hot, but not boiling.🧡Also, did you know that an 8-ounce serving of 100% orange juice is an excellent source of vitamin C?🟠Next, mix the warm juice into the cold juice and gelatin mixture, stirring until everything is completely dissolved. Now, it’s time to have fun! Use droppers to fill silicone molds, creating all kinds of shapes and sizes. For detailed molds, spray them with avocado oil first for easy removal.🧡Refrigerate the gummies for about an hour to set.
